DJ Khaled and Poe Boy Music's Founder/CEO E-Class presents Live From the 305, a 19-track compilation disc featuring Miami heavy hitters Trick Daddy, Trina and Rick Ross.
Released by E1 Music (formerly Koch Records) the album gives a good representation of what Miami life is all about and features some of the city's up-and-coming artists.
“I just felt it was time to shine a little light on my city so it’s basically just a set up for my city to show the world what we have to offer,” E-Class told AllHipHop.com.
The lead single, “Black Shades,” features Brisco, Ball Greezy and Billy Blue, the next emerging MC to come out of the Poe Boy camp.
“It has a catchy melody for the females. It’s just a vibrant way to throw your shades on when you don’t want to be bothered. We also got the Black Shade line launching next year,” E-Class continued.
The mogul in the making has teamed up with MyContent.com to drive his business into a digital future.
He's about changing with the times, so this new venture will promote artists through digital technology.
“The game changed, I am changing with it. It’s a whole stream of artists that will be sold digitally through that outlet," said Class “I am an entrepreneur taking the game to a whole different level and branding my artists and developing my label Poe Boy.”
Live From the 305 is currently available in-stores and online.
