The Non-Phixion vet and UGHH favorite is about to drop a new album. The Hour of Reprisal, set to hit stores August 26 has an underground all-star roster of features, from more than just the hip-hop world. The album will feature Immortal Technique, Raekwon, B-Real, Tech N9ne, and former metal group Sepultura frontman, Max Cavalera. The CD will also include a free DVD of an Ill Bill performance at New York's CBGB.
